If you are interested in sponsoring a dog we have in Res-Que contact karen@res-Que.org and we will set something up.  Our adoption fees are $350 and many times, for dogs like Cake, a sponsorship can mean adoption.   Cake is very shy and does not show well when meeting new people and this can turn people off thinking the dog doesn't like them.  Truth is, Cake is just not confident around new things and is a completely different dog when he is comfortable in his surroundings, in fact he is a clown.  Sponsorship is a way to help a shy scared dog, get into a home.  Saving on an adoption fee means the new family can spend the money that would normally go to the fee, for training or confidence building classes.
