It is important to note that Res-Que does not receive grants like our large, local shelters.  We rely on smaller donations, fundraisers, and sponsors.  We do not have a paid staff.  All Res-Que "staff" are volunteers and all of our dogs are in foster homes of volunteers.  The money received goes towards the dogs.  The largest amount of our funds goes towards our veterinary bills. Right now vet bills are very high. Please consider donating, as ANY amount helps.  We appreciate our followers and all that they do for us.  Without them or you, we cannot do this.

Kasie is one of our dogs in Res-Que now.  She came to us from another rescue in Central California with severe ear infections.  Her procedure needed is an ear ablation or TECO-BO, which not many vets do. We are in the process of finding a vet and fund raising for her surgery.  Any amount helps.  If you see a dog you would like to donate towards, message our Facebook page https://www.facebook.com/WeResq/ and we will make that happen.
