Muppet Magoo, cockapoo, born 12/12/2022, is deaf and sight impaired (micro eye). This super sweet, loving little boy (neutered) is full of joy for life. Because he was born this way, his disabilities don’t slow him down, he loves to play with toys, run zoomies in the yard, enjoys respectful children, (8 plus), and very much likes routines and consistency. He is very food motivated, will do “twirlies” for treats, and is learning hand signals for “come” and “down.” He learned the dog door quickly, and we are working on crate training. He does have separation anxiety and would prefer to be with you all the time, this too, we are working on. He will need regular monthly sessions with an experienced groomer to keep his pretty chocolate merle coat neat and tidy. In return Muppet will give you all the love and cuddles you can handle, on the couch, and on your bed. (He sleeps through the night and is house trained). He does well with other dogs, a little “puppy pushy” but would probably do better with a similar sized or bigger, laid-back dog. Because of his poor eye sight Muppet can NEVER be off leash anywhere except his fenced yard at home.
