Welcome Norm (aka Winston) to Res-Que. This full of personality little Frenchie is sassy and full of himself, talk about a fun little dog, this is him, he's just a happy boy . Norm came to us from a shelter that helps us a lot and vice versa, we do tend to help with their special dogs like Norm. He developed Intervertebral Disc Disease or IVDD and lost use of his hind legs. He was given a Stem Cell procedure (hence the shaved back) and does walk now, with a cute little waddle and pounce Because IVDD does tend to leave its mark, Mr Man does leak a tiny amount of urine, easily controlled with a belly band. He'd be best in a home with a very laid back dog or as an only dog, cats unknown and no small children, he is very mouthy, also minimal stairs. Norm could use a few less pounds I feel ya buddy
