Hi, my name’s Tater Tot! I’m part Akbash, part lab. If you’ve never heard of the breed Akbash, it’s an old breed of dog similar to a Great Pyrenees but native to Turkey. I was born in the middle of nowhere, and no one even knew I existed until just a couple weeks ago. I’m about 10 weeks old but I’m getting bigger and stronger every day. Please research Akbash breed, they are a little different. I’m going to be a biiiiiiig boy when I grow up, so my future adopters should know that I plan on gaining some more weight and clocking in at about 100-140 pounds. I will need a home with a lot of space and hopefully some livestock to take care of—while some of my four legged friends thrive in apartments, that’s not going to work for me. I need a brother or sister to play with because that’s when I feel most comfortable and able to relax a little. I do a great job sleeping through the night in my crate, I love pets and toys, but I’m not a huge snuggler—there’s too much to see and do to spend my time lazing around with my humans.
