This girl is so sweet, loves to give hugs & kisses, loves to snuggle and loves her bones. She is great with dogs and cats. She met some children today and did great! It always boggles our minds when a dog comes into one of our homes that is so loving and well behaved that their family gave them up or never came for them at the shelter. Penny was found as a stray with her month old puppies down by Merced CA. She stayed in the shelter for a few weeks before making her way to Res-Que with her babies. We believe she is maybe 2 years old, and a Dutch Shepherd mix. She is potty trained, knows how to sit, stay, down, she thinks she's a lap dog and just loves to be with her humans and is such a great momma to her puppies! She's just amazing! She will be spayed and up to date on vaccines and microchipped before going to a new home.
