Welcome Bailey! We are guessing she is a 1.5-2 year old american bulldog mix. She was found wondering around near highway 88 and was brought into carson valley veterinary hospital severely dehydrated and sick. She was on IV fluids and medications in hospital for a few days and now has her health and spirits back! We suspect she has lived outside her whole life and possibly abused by a man (as she is very fearful of them) so coming into a home was very scary for her but she is learning so quickly! She has met several of her foster moms co workers dogs and her own dogs and has done great with all of them, big and small and also good with cats, she loves kids. She is so playful and loving, not afraid to come right up and cuddle with you once she gets to know you! The perfect home for her would include a woman owner with maybe another dog(s) and/or kids. Her confidence is higher with dogs so there must be other dog(s) in the home at least. She is Spayed/vaccinated/microchipped and potty trained. Available for adoption through Res-Que and must be a homeowner to adopt this love bug due to breed.
