Looking for a best friend? Sarge, aka the nose nudger, is ready for his forever home. He is a cattle dog mix (not sure on mix but its large breed), about 70 lbs, and around 3 years old. Sarge is a bit of a Velcro dog and if you try to stop petting him, he will give you the nudge and put his paws on your lap begging for more. This boy has likely had a hard life and deserves someone to give him the attention he craves. Sarge doesn’t seem to be your typical active cattle dog, as he seems content to curl up on a good couch to get a few snores in and walks well on the leash at a leisurely pace by your side.
Sarge needs to be in a home with female dogs only and no cats. He likes to play fetch, knows basic commands, and is crate trained. He can be a little shy and nervous in new situations so he could use some confidence training. Sarge has some separation anxiety at times, so a home with another dog to keep him company would be ideal or someone that can be home enough with him. He also needs a home with a fenced yard and with no young kids. His adoption fee covers all shots, neuter, and microchip. If interested in this big love bug, please email for more information and to set up a meet and greet.
