Sweet Cora is available for adoption! We think she is a Heeler mixed with a few other breeds. She is a petite girl weighing about 25 pounds and she is only a little over a year old. She is Rozalyn's sister, who was already adopted out and looks like her twin! She is a shy girl and she has been in foster care working on confidence building. She is starting to come out of her shell and loves her foster mom but she requires a home who would be committed to continuing her socializing skills.
Cora has not always been treated so kindly in her past and is afraid of men but this sweet girl has never shown any kind of aggression. Cora would do her best in a home with only women or with a patient man due to her past. She does well with kids, other dogs, big and small and does fine with cats too. She requires a 6 foot fence for adoption and since she feels most secure around dogs, she will need a home with a confident doggie buddy to pal around with and show her the ropes. Shy dogs have a lot of love to give, you just have to be patient with them and gain their trust. Adoption fee covers her spay, shots and microchip and home check is required.
