Benedict is one of rescue pups from McDermitt, and he’s ready for his forever home. He’s not quite a cuddler, but is learning to come out of his shell and has quite the personality. He appreciates other dogs in the house, and has just started to learn how to play, but the dogs should be pretty easy going. He’s figuring out that toys and treats are good, that belly rubs are even better, but it’s likely that he’ll always have a little stranger-danger. Fence required.
He’s about 30 pounds, border collie/spaniel/other stuff mix, approximately 1-2 years old, housebroken and crate-trained, but would need a lot of work to be comfortable on a leash. Benedict is learning to be a pet and has a ways to go, but will be a delightful little addition to the right family.
